The Blackstone Group L.P. in the United States seeks an AVP for Valuations & Analytics to support Infrastructure Strategies. You will prepare, analyze, and communicate portfolio valuation results, manage models and data, and present to senior leadership.

Engage in onboarding, audits, and process improvements while mentoring analysts. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in valuations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with ASC 820; CFA/CPA a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in valuations, transaction services, a private equity fund, consulting, or other relevant analytical roles.
• Experience with ASC 820 and corresponding valuation guidance.
• Familiarity with valuation approaches (Income, Market, Yield Analysis, OPM, Contingent Claims, PWERM).
• Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and ability to interact with deal professionals and leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
• Proficiency in iLevel, 73 Strings, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, evaluate, analyze, and summarize portfolio valuation results.
• Lead deliverable tracking, model development, and valuation model reviews.
• Present valuation results to senior leaders and committees.
• Onboard new portfolio investments and ensure proper data collection.
• Manage annual audits and interim reviews with third-party firms.
• Enhance valuation and reporting processes and use of technology.
• Develop presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train analysts and associates.
