The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an AVP in Private Equity Investor Product Strategy in Miami to drive investor reporting, create marketing materials, and deliver performance data to support fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in a content creation related role in finance, investor reporting, transaction services, investment operations, consulting, or related field.
• Experience managing a team of at least 2 individuals is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; highly detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports delivering financial insights to investors.
• Assist with marketing and fundraising materials including roadshows and pitch books.
• Coordinate with fundraising, deal, and finance teams to collate investor due diligence requests.
• Analyze fund performance metrics and prepare bespoke analyses across portfolios.
• Draft presentations and analyses for senior management, including updates and talking points.
• Collaborate with marketing, deal teams, and compliance to support product development and client engagement.
• Provide mentorship to Analysts and Associates and oversee day-to-day activities.
