Job summary

The Associated, based in Baltimore, seeks an Assistant Vice President of Human Services Strategy to guide planning, align resources, and lead collaborative initiatives across Jewish Baltimore. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Chief Planning Officer and requires building partnerships with agencies, volunteers, and staff to improve community outcomes.

With 5–7 years in nonprofit leadership and a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), you will supervise the team, translate data into strategy,
