The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Human Services and Community Impact. This role partners with the Chief Planning Officer to translate community insight into actionable strategies that advance meaningful outcomes for Jewish Baltimore.

Based in a hybrid environment, the role emphasizes planning, evaluation, and collaboration across CP&A and partner agencies to strengthen service delivery and fund impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising and growing a team.
• Experience working with lay leaders, boards, or volunteer committees.
• Background in human services, nonprofit leadership, community planning, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring strategy, relationship management, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead with excellence and judgment in human services impact work.
• Staff and support committees and volunteer leaders with facilitation and relationship stewardship.
• Coordinate with The Associated’s network of agencies to align strategies.
• Use data, community input, and evaluation to surface insights and inform decisions.
• Contribute to community-impact funding strategies and recommendations.
• Foster collaboration across the Associated network to support implementation and learning.
• Oversee initiatives like AgeWell Baltimore and Jewish Economic Vulnerability.
