Job summary

Richemont invites an AVP, Human Resources, Commercial - Americas, to steer HR strategy for Van Cleef & Arpels’ Americas luxury retail network. You will lead a team of four and support approximately 32 boutiques, aligning HR initiatives with business growth and a high-performance culture.

The role partners with retail leadership on talent management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance across multiple states, championing the Maison’s values and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies for the Americas retail network (≈32 boutiques).
• Lead and develop a team of four HR professionals.
• Partner with retail leadership on talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
