Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking an AVP of Business Line Marketing & Growth to lead integrated marketing strategies across private wealth and institutional audiences. You will partner with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Sales Enablement, guiding Marketing Managers to deliver high‑quality execution.

You will manage multiple programs, align priorities with firm strategy, and drive enterprise initiatives while remaining execution‑capable on high‑impact projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience supporting both institutional and private client audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing people, preferably managing managers in a matrixed or enterprise environment.
• Strong strategic marketing background with the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable plans.
• Proven execution skills, with experience leading multiple, concurrent initiatives under tight timelines.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
• High level of comfort working cross‑functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior marketing partner to Business Line Leaders, collaborating closely to translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals, pipeline development, and client acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to enterprise‑level growth planning by helping prioritize initiatives, allocate marketing resources, and sequence execution in alignment with firm strategy.
