Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to drive enterprise-wide growth across private wealth and institutional audiences. You will partner with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Sales Enablement while directly managing Marketing Managers to ensure high-quality execution.

You will translate firm priorities into actionable marketing plans, balance long-term strategy with near-term execution, and oversee campaigns across events, digital, content, and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience managing people, preferably managers in a matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
• Financial services or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business-line marketing initiatives across Wealthspire’s growth objectives.
• Directly manage Marketing Managers and set priorities for the marketing organization.
• Develop integrated marketing plans spanning events, advertising, digital campaigns, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Business Line Leaders to align initiatives with revenue goals.
• Establish clear success metrics and optimize programs based on performance data.
