PJT Partners is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for its Technology function globally. You will partner with senior Technology leadership to fill critical hires across engineering, infrastructure, data and information security, with a cloud-first, SaaS-driven strategy.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical recruiting, strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience, and is adept at building pipelines and competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on technical recruiting.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for cloud, security or data roles, including screening candidates for technical depth.
• Demonstrated ability to source, assess and close candidates across technical disciplines including infrastructure, data, AI, operations, information security and software engineering.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Workday or similar ATS.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience required.

Responsabilités

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for Technology hires across the firm, partnering with Technology leadership and hiring managers to build and execute strategic hiring plans.
• Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks for roles across engineering, data, AI, operations and information security.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and carry out screening and initial technical assessments.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and competitive positioning to Technology leadership.
• Lead intake meetings and drive candidate feedback and debrief sessions throughout the lifecycle.
