Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced AVP to lead Reporting Insights and GenAI for Banking Operations & Analytics. The role blends data analysis, dashboard development, automation, and AI adoption to drive efficiency and informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will manage data collection, design MIS, and Champion GenAI integrations while communicating insights to leadership across the COO function. Hybrid work model encouraged.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in reporting, automation, and GenAI with BI tooling.
• Experience building automated reports and dashboards.
• Strong data governance and quality understanding.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or GenAI in business context.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, cleaning and analysis to reveal trends.
• Design and maintain MIS and executive dashboards.
• Develop automated solutions to reduce manual tasks.
• Build interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Guide GenAI/AI initiatives and data strategy.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders with clarity.
• Maintain reporting systems and document data processes.
• Ensure data governance and quality across data sources.
