Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an AVP-level leader to guide client conversion and business acceptance testing. You will oversee sub-streams, drive project progress, manage stakeholder risks, and deliver executive reports.

Expect close collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and clients to achieve integration goals. The role requires a strong background in financial services, PMP certification, and at least 10 years of PM/leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years financial services experience including project/program management experience.
• PMP Certification and/or consulting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of sub-work stream initiatives within the Client Conversion Services workstream.
• Oversee client onboarding and ESP initiatives with disciplined project management.
• Prepare program-level executive status reports for governance.
• Mentor team on tools, processes and standards; drive vendor management.
