Job summary

State Street Corporation in Quincy, MA seeks an Implementation Functional Test Lead to own end-to-end test execution for a designated Alpha function. You will plan, schedule, monitor, and report on testing activities, manage defects, and coordinate with business, tech and integration teams to ensure data readiness and environments align.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Management, or related disciplines
• 10–15 years overall experience, with strong experience in functional testing for financial services or technology transformation programs
• 4–8 years of experience leading testing workstreams or functional teams across internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own function-level test execution delivery, including strategy and scheduling
• Lead defect triage forums and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with business, technology, and integration teams
• Manage end-to-end defect management across test phases
• Provide status reporting and risk identification
• Maintain governance over defect SLAs and leakage
