Job summary

The role requires strong PM and analytical skills, with expertise in MS Office and several leading industry tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 5–10 years of financial industry experience across front/middle/back office.
• Experience integrating with other industry software to promote platform interoperability.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create repeatable and scalable processes, procedures, and artifacts related to Front-to-Back client engagements and implementations.
• Critically analyze and build upon existing collateral with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Oversight of key client deals to help ensure successful conversion of services and bespoke requirements.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail orientated and be able to move seamlessly between multiple projects and changing client requirements.The Alpha Services Optimization & Strategy role will be responsible for creating foundational processes and documentation, contributing to the due diligence, solution design, implementation/onboarding, and post-go-live efforts for several simultaneous client implementations.
