Merrimack College is seeking an Associate Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (AVP, FP&A) to lead enterprise analysis of revenue, costs, and performance. You will deliver forecasts, models, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision support, collaborating with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and financial accountability.

The role reports to the CFO and partners across the institution to optimize budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic investments, including hybrid RCM

Qualificações

• Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or higher education finance.
• Strong revenue and cost analysis with financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders in a complex environment.
• Experience applying AI/advanced analytics to decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue growth and revenue-center analysis across programs and services.
• Cost management with transparent reporting and productivity initiatives.
• Develop contribution-margin and portfolio analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Build driver-based forecasts and scenario planning for enrollment and operating costs.
• Provide analytical models and dashboards to strengthen budgeting and accountability.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics with data quality and governance standards.
