Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, public accounting strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (Reg S-K/S-X).
• IFRS knowledge and local statutory reporting experience for non-U.S. entities a plus.
• Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and broker-dealer reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex accounting matters to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead research on GAAP and SEC requirements, peer disclosures and SEC comment letters to enhance disclosures.
• Oversee XBRL tagging and ensure consistency across filings, earnings releases and public disclosures.
• Manage the preparation of annual audited financial statements and regulatory reporting for broker-dealer.
• Lead coordination of quarterly reviews and the annual audit with external auditors.
