Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in Financial Services preferred.
• Wealth Management field experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Risk and Service national communications, including content development and end-to-end execution logistics.
• Facilitate administrative communications on live national Zoom webinar calls, including updates and real-time Q&A.
• Write employee communications and create leadership materials (e.g., decks, emails, talking points).
• Support National Field Risk and Service Recognition program for 8000+ employees, including budget management and intranet site management.
