Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Program Manager for the Field Event Management Team to plan and execute conferences for Managers and Financial Advisors. Occasional travel (~25%) is required, and you will coordinate speaker logistics, registrations, and communications across global teams.

You will liaise with the Global Conferencing and Events and Production Teams to ensure smooth on-site and virtual experiences, manage budgets, and deliver post-event analyses for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial industry and/or Meetings and Events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences for Managers and Advisors.
• Manage speaker logistics: dates, bios, presentations.
• Oversee attendee lists, registration, and communications.
