Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking an Automation Solutions Project Management professional to lead complex automated data feeds between vendor systems (payroll, HR, global tax mobility) for client employee stock plans. You will translate business requirements into integration designs, manage cross-functional delivery, and drive issues to resolution in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related experience preferred.
1+ year of equity compensation administration, payroll management, or related experience.
Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST concepts) and/or SFTP-based interfaces.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of all aspects of integration efforts including:
Serve as the Shareworks or Equity Edge Online integration SME for automated inbound/outbound feeds.
Provide project management support, managing milestones, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Create and maintain a detailed project plan and log for monitoring purposes.
Work with cross-functional teams to collect, clarify, and document system requirements.
Coordinate and support integration testing activities and manage risks.
Partner with external client departments to implement automated solutions.
Manage third party engagements with new and existing client base.
