Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Associate Vice President of System Operations to oversee entertainment payroll and workforce systems within a PEO framework. You will lead back‑office teams, drive testing, SOP governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with Technology, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure high availability and accuracy for entertainment clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in system operations, payroll operations, HR technology, or workforce support.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers, system experts, and/or support specialists across multi-tiered teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, or HRIS platforms, including system support, troubleshooting, testing, and production readiness.
• Proven experience leading system support functions, including incident management, escalation handling, and service level management.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and audit-ready workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for entertainment system operations, including system support, issue resolution, testing, and training functions.
• Define operational priorities, service levels, and performance metrics to ensure reliable, accurate, and compliant system operations.
• Oversee day-to-day system support for payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce management platforms.
• Act as an escalation point for critical, high-impact, or client-sensitive system incidents.
• Oversee SOP creation, maintenance, and governance; ensure documentation is clear and standardized.
