Job Description

This role involves leading change initiatives and influencing the transformation process.

  • Lead product success based on objectives, key results (OKRs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of digital transformation.
  • Responsible for both 'change' and 'run' aspects of the domain, continuously prioritizing to optimize business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality work in software, analytics, and data products through iterative cycles.
  • Facilitate decision-making, remove impediments, and engage stakeholders to ensure progress.
  • Collaborate with Domain Leaders to set vision and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
  • Coordinate with core teams to understand project scope and dependencies.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time functionalities for each release.
  • Manage and prioritize user stories and tasks daily, leading interactions with other units.
  • Lead quarterly planning meetings to set priorities, allocate resources, and define OKRs.
  • Manage dependencies and resolve blockers across squads or sub-domains.
  • Organize product demos and launches, communicating value to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders, product owners, and domain leads.
  • Oversee defect management to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in computer science, technology, or UX preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, technology, or marketing operations.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, BSA/BSL, or similar roles delivering digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of customer journeys and experience, especially in insurance.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and building partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and ensure effective delivery.

The pay range is $130,000 to $190,000, with specific offers based on skills and other factors. This role may also participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. More benefits details are available on our careers website. The disclosed pay range may be adjusted for geographic location.
