Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health invites applications for an Assistant Vice President, Data. This senior leader will unify analytics, data science, ML, and AI into one cohesive data capability, reporting to the CTO.

The role leads governance, platform strategy, and responsible AI across programs and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in data leadership, experience with HIPAA/regulatory requirements, and a track record in health equity analytics.

Qualifications

12+ years in analytics, data leadership, with 5+ years senior leadership accountability.
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in a quantitative field.
Proven leadership of diverse analytics, data science, and ML teams.
Deep expertise in BI platforms and modern data stack technologies.
Experience with regulated environments and health data governance.
Experience with SAMHSA-funded programs or similar grant environments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute an integrated data strategy across analytics, data science, AI and reporting.
Lead the data organization including Analytics, Data Science, ML Engineering, and Governance.
Oversee budget, roadmap, governance, and compliance for data functions.
Develop and manage enterprise analytics platform and executive dashboards.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and KPI definitions across programs and functions.
Govern responsible AI frameworks including bias detection and explainability.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to deploy data capabilities.
Represent Vibrant's data/AI in partnerships and grant applications.
Drive health equity analytics with disaggregated reporting across dimensions.
