Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Vice President for Analytics and AI Data to lead the data, analytics, and AI strategy across the enterprise. This executive role focuses on governance, capability development, and delivering data-driven value while fostering an AI-ready culture throughout the organization.

The VP will establish operating models, drive technology innovation with the CIO, and ensure regulatory compliance and data stewardship.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field; healthcare IT preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in data & analytics.
• Experience in cross-functional, enterprise data programs and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Defines data, analytics, and AI strategy with the CEO, business domain leaders, CIO, and stakeholders.
• Institutes an operating model for data, analytics, and AI aligned to the strategy.
• Builds partnerships with executive leadership to treat data as a business asset and to measure value.
• Maintains authority over data assets, analytics used for decision making, and AI solutions.
• Oversees delivery models for data, analytics, AI products and data science efforts.
• Evolves D&A platform technology in collaboration with the CIO and IT policy alignment.
• Establishes governance for data and ensures trust in AI-ready data assets.
