Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Cyber Solutions - PE, in Chicago. This hybrid role involves leading a cross‑functional team and managing high‑value cyber insurance programs for private equity clients.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate complex client services, and drive growth through strategic account management and cross‑selling across Aon’s Cyber Solutions offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Cyber/E&O insurance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and effective information sharing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Active P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate every facet of the team’s book of business and direct team resources.
• Develop and mentor team members and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with CyQu, Analytics, and cross-team peers to deliver analytics for PE Firms.
• Cross-sell Cyber Solutions products and services across Aon accounts.
• Manage client service, negotiations, and brokered programs end‑to‑end.
