Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Assistant Vice President in a hybrid role, blending office and remote work across key Northeast locations.

You will lead the Health Solutions client team, manage delivery of client deliverables, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with account executives to execute strategy while staying attuned to market trends in healthcare benefits. This role also involves cross-functional coordination and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and analyze data; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client team and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all client deliverables.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee project management.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; collaborate with Account Executive on strategy.
