Job summary
L’Oréal USA in Clark, NJ seeks an AVP, Customer Supply Chain for Ulta Beauty to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across divisions and optimize collaboration with Ulta. You will steer joint business plans, drive service level improvements, and champion sustainability to fuel growth and market leadership.
The role requires 10+ years of supply chain leadership, a Bachelor’s in a related field (MBA preferred), and strong CPFR/SAP and analytics skills.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in CPG/retail.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Strong CPFR, SAP, analytics and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own Ulta Beauty strategic supply chain relationship across divisions.
- Drive KPI improvements: OFR, OTD, ASN accuracy, damages.
- Lead cross-divisional collaboration and JBP initiatives.
- Sponsor digital integrations and sustainability in the supply chain.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
