Job summary
L’Oréal is seeking an AVP, Customer Supply Chain for Ulta Beauty in Clark, NJ. Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership within the CPG, beauty or retail sectors.
- Experience managing major mass or prestige retail accounts (Ulta experience preferred).
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic supply chain relationship with Ulta Beauty and align cross-divisional goals.
- Drive KPI improvement (OFR, OTD, ASN accuracy, damages) with Ulta teams.
- Reinforce cross-divisional collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Spearhead joint business programs (JBPs), digital integrations, and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
