Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an AVP, Customer Supply Chain for Ulta Beauty in Clark, NJ. You will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy with Ulta across divisions, driving collaboration, service, and sustainability improvements to achieve top-line growth.

Responsibilities include steering cross-functional teams, improving KPIs, and shaping JBP programs. A senior leader with extensive CPFR, ERP, and matrix-environment experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership within CPG/retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus.
• Deep CPFR expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong SAP/ERP and planning tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic supply chain relationship with Ulta Beauty across divisions.
• Drive KPI improvements: OFR, OTD, ASN accuracy, damages.
• Lead cross-divisional projects and joint business plans (JBP).
• Spearhead sustainability and digital supply chain initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
