Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Supply Chain Capability Implementation Lead to identify and integrate new operational processes within major distribution projects. You will coordinate planning, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and Distribution Centers.

You will drive end-to-end automation initiatives, manage budgets, and lead change management to ensure adoption of new systems and processes. This role requires travel and hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years’ supply chain experience; large retailer preferred.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse systems and how they interact.
• End-to-end experience implementing automation and technology; robotics preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and budget management.
• Strong project management, change management, analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient MS Office & SharePoint skills.
• Travel to Ulta Beauty DCs and project sites ~40%.
• Office and DC work environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, align and integrate current and future operational processes within key distribution projects.
• Coordinate planning and execution of distribution-related projects and system upgrades.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and DCs to ensure project success.
• Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle to improve productivity and cost.
• Drive change management with training, communication and adoption of new systems.
• Track, analyze and report project status; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and reports for leadership.
• Develop best practices and standard work aligned with deliverables.
