The role oversees day-to-day technical underwriting and account management of construction professional liability and contractor’s pollution book, with responsibility for pricing, proposals, and collaboration across internal teams. You will lead relationship-building with producers and insureds, drive pricing strategies, and ensure accurate documentation and governance across the

• Experience with Contractor's Professional Liability and Pollution Liability coverage.
• Ability to tailor policy wordings and endorsements.
• Strong understanding of construction risk pricing, exposure, retention, and limits.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite construction PL and CPL risks and prepare proposals.
• Review account information and assess exposures.
• Lead portfolio pricing strategies and coordinate internal resources.
• Develop relationships with producers and insureds to achieve profitability.
• Maintain underwriting documentation and drive process improvements.
