Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in finance or business.
• Typically 10+ years claims experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading leaders is strongly preferred; applicable certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Claims Recovery operations.
• Lead a team of 25+ claims professionals with training and development oversight.
• Manage recovery programs, metrics, processes, results and initiatives.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across recovery operations.
• Coordinate with underwriting, legal, staff counsel and actuarial on trends.
