Job summary

ADT Security Services seeks a Cloud Citrix Analyst to support, operate, and optimize Citrix virtual apps and desktops across a hybrid footprint, including on‑prem data centers, colocation facilities, and Google Cloud. You will collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to ensure secure access, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities include administering Citrix components (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, PVS, MCS, Workspace), monitoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting Citrix environments and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory-integrated environments.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on‑prem and Google Cloud platforms.
Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, PVS, MCS, and Workspace.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures.
Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with network, identity, security, storage, and application teams to resolve cross‑platform issues.
Participate in scheduled after‑hours and on‑call rotation, providing support for business‑critical infrastructure services.
