Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator to lead and optimize our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments in a Detroit-area data center. You will manage catalogs, delivery groups, StoreFront, and licenses while ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise users.

The role requires 8+ years in Citrix administration, strong scripting skills, and experience with FSLogix and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Citrix Administration and VDI support.
• Hands-on with CVAD, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Director and Studio.
• Windows Server and Active Directory proficiency.
• Experience with FSLogix and user profiles.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident, problem, and major change support; maintain runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
• Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, StoreFront, published applications, and virtual desktops.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix Delivery Controllers, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, and License Servers.
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain Citrix Golden/Master Images.
• Manage FSLogix, user profiles, Citrix policies, and application access.
• Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, hotfixes, and maintenance.
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Provide production and major incident support, including on-call support when required.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Citrix Administration and VDI Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
• Experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and Studio
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with FSLogix and Citrix user profiles
• Hands-on experience with Citrix upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise environment
