Job summary

Avenue5 seeks an Associate Vice President of CORE5 to lead its centralized operations platform and scale its services. You will guide the CORE5 management team, ensure consistent service delivery, and drive program performance as CORE5 grows.

You will partner with operational leaders and clients to understand property needs, strengthen the platform, increase adoption, and position CORE5 in client conversations. Travel to sites will be required to educate teams and expand CORE5 value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years in multifamily property management or centralized operations and leadership.
• Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of multifamily property operations and resident lifecycle activities.
• Experience presenting to clients and senior leaders; strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with centralized or shared-service programs; Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to CORE5 managers and centralized operations specialists.
• Champion CORE5, develop strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization.
• Train leaders to explain, position, and market CORE5 to clients.
• Travel to regional and client locations to educate teams and increase adoption.
• Serve as CORE5 subject matter expert for clients, operators, and stakeholders.
• Participate in client pitches, business development, and property transitions.
• Develop client-facing materials that communicate CORE5 value and capabilities.
• Build partnerships with regional and executive leaders to ensure CORE5 responsiveness.
