Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks an Associate Vice President of CORE5 to lead centralized operations and drive platform adoption across the portfolio. You will guide the CORE5 management team and ensure consistent service delivery while partnering with clients to tailor solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in multifamily operations, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. This role requires travel and the ability to scale CORE5 to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, operations, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in multifamily property management or centralized operations preferred.
• Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams required.
• Experience presenting to clients, senior leaders, and operational teams required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to CORE5 managers and ensure strong leadership of centralized operations specialists.
• Champion CORE5 throughout Avenue5 and develop strategies to increase awareness, confidence, adoption, and utilization of the program.
• Train and equip operational leaders to explain, position, and market CORE5 to clients and prospects.
• Travel to regional and client locations to educate teams on CORE5 and increase adoption.
• Serve as a CORE5 SME for clients, prospective clients, operators, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client pitches, business development opportunities, property transitions, and other conversations where CORE5 may provide value.
• Develop client-facing information, messaging, presentations, and resources communicating CORE5 value and capabilities.
• Build partnerships with regional and executive operational leaders to ensure CORE5 meets property and client needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CORE5 processes, workflows, technology, and service delivery.
• Support development and implementation of new centralized services as the platform evolves.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive CORE5 adoption across Avenue5’s portfolio.
• Monitor growth, staffing, workloads, service levels, and performance to support scale.
• Establish KPIs to measure service delivery, efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Position CORE5 as an operational partner and resource for on-site teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
