Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Central Operations within banking operations and/or supervision.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Must adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to Central Operations staff.
• Escalate procedural issues and implement process improvements.
• Oversee critical operational tasks including settlements, reconciliations, and payments.
