Job summary

Welltower, a leader in senior living and healthcare infrastructure, seeks an AVP of Capital Systems to lead strategy, governance, and technology enablement for capital planning and asset management. You will own the enterprise platform, drive integration, and deliver scalable solutions across operations, FP&A, accounting, and IT.

You will partner with the Director of Capital Initiatives and Solutions to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement an enterprise-wide platform that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in construction, capital projects, asset management, or related industries.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and process transformations.
• Strong understanding of capital planning, budgeting, and operational workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Experience in senior housing, healthcare real estate, or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise capital systems technology and related platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, vendor evaluation, and implementation.
• Standardize workflows and processes across functions.
• Drive adoption through training and change management.
• Establish data governance and reporting standards for portfolio visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and external operators.
• Ensure scalable, user-friendly system workflows for site and corporate users.
• Partner with business leads to deliver an integrated, enterprise-wide platform.
