Healthcare Realty Trust seeks an experienced AVP, Infrastructure Capital at its Nashville headquarters to lead portfolio-wide infrastructure capital planning and investments. You will coordinate with Engineering, Construction Management, Asset Management, Leasing and Finance to align capital plans with operations, risk mitigation and asset strategy.

The role emphasizes forecasting, data-driven decision making, and collaboration to improve reliability, tenant experience, and long-term asset

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of major building systems and infrastructure planning.
• Experience evaluating and managing large capital projects.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering documents.
• Strategic, analytical, financial and project-management capabilities.
• Experience with distributed real estate portfolios preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of infrastructure capital planning program (HVAC, roofing, elevators, generators, electrical, plumbing, life-safety).
• Develop processes to identify, forecast, and prioritize infrastructure needs across the portfolio.
• Establish prioritization methodologies considering condition, risk, impact, and finances.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction Management, Redevelopment, Asset Management, Leasing, and Finance to create capital plans.
• Coordinate with regional teams to standardize assessment and delivery practices.
• Drive collection and analysis of data to support investment decisions.
• Develop portfolio-level investment recommendations and allocation strategies.
• Lead major infrastructure projects including budgeting, procurement, oversight, and closeout.
• Monitor progress, risks, and variances; report to senior leadership.
• Support engineering staff with technical guidance and professional development.
