Job summary

WSP in Denver seeks an Executive leader for Building Technology Systems with a healthcare focus. You will drive project design, coordination across disciplines, and client satisfaction from business development through construction close-out.

You will mentor staff, manage multi-project portfolios, and promote WSP service offerings to key clients, leveraging a strong track record in healthcare and complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Four‑year Engineering degree or equivalent in Building Technology Systems.
• Experience designing high end Building Technology Systems for healthcare, science, or large projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Lead designs for building technology systems within projects.
• Coordinate integration with other intelligent building systems.
• Manage client expectations, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor staff and develop future project leaders.
• Develop proposals and participate in marketing and interviews.
