Aon is seeking an Assistant Vice President/Broker II for the Financial Services Group in Denver. This hybrid role combines strategic risk management, designing insurance programs, and leading client relationships for large global clients.

The position requires at least 5+ years in financial lines brokerage or underwriting, strong leadership, and a broker's license. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for successful placement and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design insurance solutions; negotiate with carriers.
• Develop and lead client relationships, account strategies and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Producers, Account Executives and other client-facing staff to meet client needs.
• Analyze client exposures and develop risk treatment and placement strategies.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support growth of personal book of business.
