Job summary

Technology Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Branch and Market Development Manager in Meridian, ID. You will lead branch operations, implement market strategies, oversee sales growth including mortgage and auto lending, and coach staff to deliver exceptional member service.

You will build partnerships, plan 12-month business development events, and drive multi-channel relationship development to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related business discipline (or equivalent related work experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in related disciplines, including exposure to leadership/management roles, business and consumer financial products and services, member issue resolutions and related policies and procedures.
• Must maintain registration with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Hires, recruits and develops talent; trains on products, compliance, policies and sales/service techniques.
• Motivates staff to achieve exceptional member service levels.
• Coaches sales, deepens member relationships, boosts brand awareness.
• Delivers membership retention strategies and conducts performance reviews.
• Manages branch operations and budget within policy guidelines.
