CommunityAmerica Credit Union seeks an AVP, Branch Manager for the Truman Medical Center Branch in Kansas City, MO. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and service excellence, and strengthen member relationships while building the credit union's presence in the local community.

You will develop talent, deliver personalized financial solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, all within a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience (financial or retail preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Deep understanding of financial products and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
