• Experience supervising at least 5 staff including a lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and loan products and branch operations.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• NMLS registered.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch sales and service, driving member retention.
• Develop external business development and local grassroots activities.
• Ensure accurate dashboard data and daily result reviews.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance and training.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and daily sales huddles.
• Develop and monitor branch budgets; review variance.
• Represent the branch in community and civic functions.
• Oversee compliance with policies, procedures and audits.
• Recruit, interview, and make hiring recommendations.
