The AVP of Branch Management is responsible for the overall management of the retail experience for our members. The primary focus is to ensure that the Branch Managers have the appropriate training and resources to execute on that strategy. The person in this role must have a passion for our internal and external members and the ability to coach our Branch Managers and staff to provide a consistently unique service experience. The person in this role is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, while driving employee growth and development.

Experience:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and coaching experience, a commitment to our core values, and a genuine passion for helping both team members and our members succeed.
Education:
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills:
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
