One of Chubb's most advanced AI analytics products is seeking an Analytics Product Owner to help build, design, and deploy capabilities across multiple insurance products globally. This role involves working closely with executive stakeholders and analytics leadership to shape the future of digital underwriting. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced insurance data science professional to influence the future of analytics at our company.

Job Description

1. Create analytics solutions to improve efficiency in the digital underwriting process for various business units and insurance products.
2. Collaborate with senior executives to scope, manage, and deliver scalable AI assets.
3. Lead model reviews with senior stakeholders, clearly communicating complex models to business leadership teams.
4. Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software engineers.
5. Develop integration roadmaps and identify dependencies within various IT deployment systems.
6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics through relevant forums and explore new ideas.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the project team throughout the project lifecycle. This includes identifying data sources, communicating key trends and limitations, scoping business problems, and assessing data and model reasonability.
8. Represent the analytics team in training sessions and team meetings organized by the business.
9. Coordinate with other Product Owners and Portfolio Managers to identify and meet project dependencies.
10. Prepare presentations for business and C-suite executives to showcase product capabilities and project progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
