iCapital is seeking a Compliance Assistant Vice President to lead investor AML/KYC reviews with a private fund focus. The role sits in Regulatory and Compliance, coordinating with Legal on tasks and approvals.

Responsibilities include AML/KYC documentation reviews, monitoring, third-party testing, audits preparation, and cross-functional guidance. 5+ years in alternatives is preferred; ACAMS is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of alternatives experience, preferably with broker dealer and registered investment advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements for private fund investors.
• Experience with AML screening resolution tools.

Mansioni

• Review investor and client AML/KYC documentation and related communications.
• Perform third party reliance testing and monitoring.
• Provide compliance guidance across business lines on new initiatives.
• Conduct AML screening reviews and dispositions.
• Assist in audits and inquiries preparation.
