Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its Regulatory and Compliance team in New York. The role leads the review and approval process for investor AML and KYC with a private fund focus, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting the Legal and Compliance teams on various tasks.

You will review AML/KYC documentation, perform third party reliance testing, and collaborate across business lines on new initiatives. Strong AML/KYC knowledge and ACAMS preferred, with JD as a plus.

Qualifications

• AML/KYC regulatory requirements experience for private funds.
• Experience with AML screening resolution vendor tools.
• ACAMS certification is preferred; JD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve investor AML and KYC with a private fund focus.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance across initiatives.
• Perform third party reliance testing and monitoring.
• Assist in audits and inquiries as needed.
