Ladders is seeking an AVP-Advanced Solutions to lead advanced financial planning support for high-value cases, shaping technical guidance used by producers and field professionals. The role blends tax, legal, and product knowledge with hands-on case consultation and team leadership.

You will direct staff activities, support departmental goals, and contribute written materials to drive effective client solutions. This remote role offers hybrid options depending on location and role requirements.

Formación

• Juris Doctor or CPA mandatory; estate planning and business insurance knowledge.
• 10+ years of related experience in financial planning and advisory roles.
• Credentials: CLU, ChFC or CFP; FINRA Series 6 required or to be obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for complex financial planning cases.
• Draft and create written materials for producers and field professionals.
• Direct and strategize activities in the advanced solutions area.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Assist with complex, high-value cases at the point of sale.
• Maintain expertise in tax and legal matters relevant to estate planning and insurance.
• Handle related duties and special projects as needed.
