SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and overseeing the Adjustments area within Money Movement. Leads teams that process deposit adjustments and item processing, including deposit review. Supervises employees to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
The Adjustments Manager collaborates with direct reports to drive tasks and ensure excellent customer service. Also works with other Money Movement leaders to improve efficiency across areas.
Performs supervisory duties per organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
Maintains professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrates effective communication skills, and interacts effectively at all organizational levels. Manages multiple priorities and delegates effectively under tight deadlines.
Must adhere to banking regulations, complete compliance training, and maintain proficiency in policies and procedures. Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of banking systems and applications is preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience required.
