Muon Space, Inc. seeks an Avionics Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning, production, testing, and delivery of flight PCBA units for next-generation satellite constellations.

The role blends hardware, software, and AI&T activities, with on-site work in San Jose, CA and a ramp-up period requiring full-time on-site presence initially. The TPM will own PCBA delivery, HITL/testbed support, UAT planning, and cross-functional release planning across EE design, fabrication, assembly and

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical programs in hardware or aerospace environments.
• Hands-on electrical engineering or avionics background.
• Proven experience managing PCBA lifecycles from design to acceptance testing.
• Experience with complex supply chains and risk management.
• Familiarity with HITL, testbeds, and flight software integration.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (Smartsheets, MS Project, etc.).
• U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR-restricted program).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery pipeline for flight avionics PCBA units to AI&T.
• Plan and track UAT, test bed readiness, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate release timelines across EE design, fabrication, assembly and testing.
• Monitor procurement, long-lead components, and enclosure/mounting hardware.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and obsolescence risks.
