Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the lifecycle of complex avionics programs from proposal through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.
• 10 years’ experience in program management in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and lead integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Define and manage the overall program plan including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to prevent program impact.
• Serve as liaison with external stakeholders, communicating progress, risks and forecasts.
• Manage resources to achieve objectives, monitor costs, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Standardize processes and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
