Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Electronic Technician – Level 2 to join our on-site team. You will perform acceptance testing of cable assemblies and related devices under supervision, using a range of test equipment and schematics.

The role follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and relocation assistance is not offered. Candidates should have a high school diploma with related electronics training and hands-on testing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years related education/experience.
• Ability to use test instruments such as multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read schematics and follow wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuity and isolation testing, contact separation and Hi-pot testing.
• Work from schematics and plans to perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting and environmental testing.
• Diagnose malfunctions down to component level and collect test data.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Electronics training (2 years technical/trade or military)

Reading schematics/diagrams/written and verbal descriptions

Ability to read and follow schematics
